If they are here and are not US citizens, they are undocumented. Period. Otherwise anyone with a parking ticket, not wearing seatbelts, or simply having tobacco while under age is considered an illegal American. Your logic is not logical.

So again, by your own logic, if an American commits a crime, like speeding, having tobacco products under 21, not wearing a seatbelt, jaywalking, the have committed a crime. And by YOUR OWN WORDS, committing a crime (their actions) is illegal, therefore making them illegal Americans.
