100%. I’m an EMT and my last OD call the dude was wide awake when we arrived because a bystander happened to have Narcan on them. Saved the guy’s brain from at least 5 extra minutes of oxygen deprivation which sounds small but it isn’t. That shit should be everywhere especially since Fent is ending up laced in everything these days
