viewing those two things as the same is crazy. one is life saving medication for fully preventable and curable diseases as of the last like 90 years, going to children and some of the poorest communities. the other is a warmongering hyper rich place that is able to offer "birthright" trips and citizenships, settling on preoccupied land. theyre not equal. should not be treated in the same bucket.

Its not like those people wouldn't have otherwise been saved, Israel would have just had to spend some extra money (likely by diverting funding from its military)
