 I just learned that if you google this, an explicit filter is on every picture of it. Is this being suppressed by big tech or am I overthinking it?

It’s not blocked on DuckDuckGo but it is on google, which tracks. Don’t think you’re overreacting at all tho, that’s wild. Symbolic violence against a statue is somehow “explicit content”?

Might be overthinking. It probably just sees an upside down body or something and thinks it could potentially be explicit. If they wanted to censor it they wouldn’t show the results at all

Nah it’s just a duckduckgo image search, they have image search, videos, news…etc. all the stuff google has. Usually less exact results but they don’t collect as much data so I like it
