They do have legal authority, they are federal law enforcement officers and as such can arrest you for obstructing justice like blocking road

She literally waved at the ice agents to pass her. There is video of her letting ice agents drive past her without issue. Then ice escalated everything. Also what would she even be obstructing, they weren’t in an active investigation or chase

It’s immigration enforcement they do not act as police and do not have authority over US citizens. If an ICE agent walks up to you and says you are under arrest for jaywalking do you think they actually have that authority?

Backtracking much. If you impede a federal investigation, you, yes you as a U.S. citizen can be arrested by an ICE agent for obstructing justice. Know the law

She wasn’t impeding an investigation as you’re claiming, she was making a U-turn and THEY felt the need to get out of their vehicles. They could clearly see she was a white woman which (if you looked at the screenshot i sent) they had no right to escalate the situation.

Alright I just watched it again. Her wife was outside the vehicle with a camera to an ice agents face harassing him. And then the women whose dead was in the car inching forward into the road like an idiot while waving them on

The wife had a right to record and was not blocking him off at all. That was after the driver was letting people pass her, she started to inch then stopped when cars were passing like a normal driver, she then waved for them to pass and one did but the other got out. Went straight for her and reached into the car without warning (and no saying “get the fuck out” 2 seconds before reaching is not a fair warning). You are reacting with a lot of emotion and not actually engaging with what you are

Seeing in front of you, they have protocols and you disregard all of them and escalated things and she was turning the car away from them to leave the hostile environment made by ice. Then the agents who were in no danger fired three shots, one in the front windshield and two in the driver side window. Clear intent to kill, not to stop her or de escalate.

I should clarify I’m not trying to racially profile her but realistically that’s how ice finds their victims. When they saw she was a white woman they should have asked if she was a citizen and when she responded “yes, I’m a citizen” then they are REQUIRED to leave her alone by law and NOT escalate the situation

Explain how she was instigating, in the agents own recording she wasn’t blocking him or touching him, or hurling insults. She said that is there license plate, they don’t change them, they are citizens, and she was recording. This is all while ice was blocking them in and preventing them from driving away like the originally intended

If the start of the video involves people driving past her car, as it wasn’t fully blocking the road, and ICE pulling up, how could anything have occurred before that lmao. We do know. You can watch the video and see the whole story from when ICE arrived on scene, to when Renee, deceased, crashed into another car down the street. What could possibly have happened prior to that if the agents weren’t even there yet
