Although ratings fluctuate massively, most people in the United States more than almost any other issue agree that the two party system needs to fall and that other parties need to be established for a prosperous future in this country.

Advocate for a different candidate. A progressive DA is so despised in Philly, and Republicans wrote in a more moderate Democrat judge so many times during a primary that he made it as the Republican candidate for the general

Primaries are tough since you can only choose the candidate in your party to run in the general, but writing in or temporarily switching parties and voting Democrat are your best options. Registering 3rd party isn’t a good idea because unless they’re competitive in your area you’ll only get a provisional ballot (basically a participation questionnaire, you don’t even vote for a candidate). However, if you write-in a third party, make sure you get a lot of support behind them

We don’t just need people to agree on another party. That other party will just take over and continue the third party system. We need a system of voting that favors third parties.
