I don’t understand why some politicians won’t say no to trump like what are you scared of? Sure you’re not getting re elected after this term but at least try to have a redemption arc

It’s because maga is unironically a cult at this point. Anyone who goes against the grain is immediately labeled as a RINO and the GOP will burn as much money as they can to have that rep voted out. Look at Massie and Greene, they spoke out on like 2 issues and were immediately ostracized
