I mean when you’re on federal property uninvited you should probably expect consequences?

A) they were never on federal property they were outside on public streets B) ICE has no jurisdiction to detain protesters, that is a local law enforcement issue

Depending on local laws, the property might extend to the sidewalks, but I’d be shocked if the asphalt on the street is federal property

You should delete this lol. And also you have no idea what jurisdiction means, or what federal law enforcement agencies are beyond ICE. Go read or something

You should delete your account lol. Your whole personality is being a Trump dick sucker and it’s honestly the saddest thing I’ve ever seen. I may not be using the exactly correct terms but I do know that ICE has no legal right to detain American citizens whatsoever!

Blah blah blah blah blah. And to your last sentence, nowhere does it say in my screenshot or yours that ICE agents were the ones detaining people. You’re just guessing, and that’s what I meant by you have no understanding of what federal law enforcement agencies are beyond ICE. So thanks for proving my point good job

You are aware the ones wearing the military gear and shooting pepper balls and tear gas at protesters then detaining them quite literally have ICE in big ass letters on their chest, back, and arms?

My bad they say ERO which is the ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations division (which is still ICE and not some other nebulous DHS department that does have the legal right to arrest citizens)

Omg… google is literally free my friend. Every ICE building has agents within the federal protective service (a branch of the department of human services) who DO have jurisdiction to arrest, detain, etc. When these agents are stationed within an ICE facility, they use their gear
