The US could massively boost metrics like life expectancy and health outcomes if they just invested in services and infrastructure in black communities but our system is too federalized. Other states would complain if the south was truly reconstructed.
While you aren’t wrong, it has to be specific, targeted, and well thought out. Because throwing a bunch of money and projects at a community usually just leads to gentrification of an area
