To be honest with this whole carnival cruise thing black and white should just be separate just have one black cruise line and one white cruise line so none interact with each other

But it’s true all the problems would be solved with just segregation

Brother segregation shouldn’t even be on the table, like what if people specifically wanted to go on a cruise with their friends of the other ethnicity

But in general segregation would solve so many problems than just the cruise thing

Brother segregation usually solves problems for the in group and actively causes problems for the out-group, it does not go well, if it’s out of the Jim Crowe playbook, you need to burn that shit and not give it another thought

Back then sure it was bad but if we do it now it won’t be any different plus we do have segregation in a sense look at PWIs and HBCUs

No no, it very much would still be bad, there are already so many racial disparities in regards to income, health, and education in effect currently that any sort of societal shift towards segregated systems would still have horrific outcomes immediately after

Espeeeeeeeecially with current race relations within the US and the amount of “who’s gonna pay for it 🤨🙅🏼‍♂️” when it comes to social programs

I’m certain you are not in a position where you could remotely empathize with just how bad it was
