No it doesn't, it states if no reasonable means of defense are there then you can shoot but he didn't shot from in front of the vehicle. He shot once he was out of danger

Irrelevant. He was out of danger at that point. He can only shoot to defend himself or others(clearly no others in the vehicles path) he shot after he was no longer in front of the vehicle

the vehicle BRUSHED him and it wouldn’t have BRUSHED him at all if he had focused on getting out of the way of the vehicle instead of PULLING HIS FIREARM.

oh my fucking god. if her INTENTION was to cause HARM to them, why would she turn the wheel the opposite direction specifically to AVOID hitting them and ACCIDENTALLY BRUSHING an officer, not injuring him whatsoever??

she accelerated, no shit. she DROVE AWAY from the path of the officer, she specifically CUT HER WHEEL THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. her intention CLEARLY WASNT TO HIT THE OFFICER.

She was ACCELERATING her vehicle in a manner that hit the officer. If she truly did not want to hit anyone then she wouldn’t have accelerated in the first place when she saw that they were directly infront of her

#1 the new video from his cellphone shows that he fired 3 shots after he was “hit” by the car. He walked to the front of the car ( against DHS training for approaching vehicles ) , he managed to draw his weapon and continue recording with his phone while the car was backing up - which gives him ample reasonable time to MOVE OUT OF THE WAY.
