More evidence Anyways fuck ICE, this was a public execution, and conservatives will defend public executions if someone opposes them

they mad that you’re actually talking about the issues at hand, instead of being racist scumbags projecting issues onto entire demographics Literally the same type of people from Nazi Germany, and I worry they won’t realize until it’s too late

Maybe don't carry a gun in a manner that would lead to a negligent discharge when taken off your belt

And yeah we know some of you mods are guilty of this as well: Maybe ask yourselves what you’re defending, if it isn’t fascism?

Oh yeah, they’re anti reality and lash out at anyone who dares try to pop the bubble they’re in. And that’s one of the reasons they’ll defend a public execution

Hell plenty of Germans didn’t call themselves Nazis but still wholeheartedly supported the Nazis, or just didn’t care what they did. I feel like that’s the type of people we’re dealing with. The apathy of privilege.

It’s not even just not caring, they gleefully love when someone is murdered. Conservatives like murder, their entire philosophy is that might makes right. They not like us

I keep forgetting about the “might is right” bullshit; I fucking hate the path we’re on :/

is that what happened? they shot him after they took it off his belt?

Oh man, I’m REALLY interested in your gun views, cus I’m pretty sure carting a gun is federally protected

Funnily enough, even IF the guys gun discharged after being taken off of him, that is even less of a justification for killing him! He is no longer armed at that point

Never said that guy couldn't have a gun, just that him carrying it in an unsafe way led to him getting shot

But it didn’t? It’s unclear if the gun even went off… but if it did, it was fully in the agents hand. So best case scenario for you, the ICE agent took his gun, immediately did a negligent discharge with it and the a different agent mag dumped the totally restrained and also unarmed man on the ground.

Thats called sympathetic fire and its one of if not the most common use of deadly force in policing

Yes and it’s murder here… he not only didn’t have a gun on him, but didn’t fire it. Several seconds passed and then the agent shot the fully restrained, unarmed man 7 fucking times. The guy was literally fully on the ground with her hands pinned.

Sympathetic fire to an ND is not murder

Also hands on the ground ≠ fully on the ground

Yes it is. One ICE agent had an ND, the other agent waited several seconds and then shot someone who was unarmed and restrained. The gap is relevant, there was clear intent to shoot him and no justification for it. They’re grown ass men, you don’t get to randomly execute people because a noise made you piss yourself.

First 4 shots as a reaction were clean, its arguable that the suspect showed no threat after that and the following shots were not.

How exactly is an unarmed man with his hands pinned to the ground going to shoot someone given that he not only has no use of his hands but also no gun to put in his hand? Also he was fully on the ground *and* had his hands on the ground, conclusively disproving any claim of reaching for the gun (also because he’d already been disarmed)

No cop is seriously thinking that the guy is unarmed right after hearing a gunshot and someone yelling "gun"

As a reaction to what? To the person with no gun? You keep making arguments that hinge on an objectively false narrative that is completely contradicted by the video we have that was taken from about 10 feet away and that shows everything.

To a gun being fired and someone yelling "gun", as stated in previous comment

Go ahead and show me the video that contradicts that, as far as I am aware it doesn't exist because the video I've seen only serves to promote this theory

The agent who shot literally watched his buddy take the gun off him. Whoever yelled gun was is also guilty. Being an untrained coward is not a justification to execute people.

Yes just google it. It’s an angle from the opposite side of the originally. You can see the woman recording in the original, and you can see them beating him and then the guy who took his gun walking away before the other agent just shoots him randomly.
