Shirley, ice will mainly be the ones asking for your papers please, since they already have that skill. Even if they operate the xrays, they only have to find 65% of the test items to beat the TSA’s average

Whoops, read that wrong. Tsa had a 70% failure-to-detect, the last time they were tested in 2017 (and the results published) so ice just needs to find the sample items 31% of the time
