The context: He was apparently drunk and threw a sandwich at an ICE agent (likely in protest, you don’t need to be drunk to throw a sandwich at ICE). He was a paralegal for the DOJ at the time of the incident and fired as a result. Bondi called him an example of the Deep State 😭😭 Another noteworthy quote comes from Jeanine Pirro: “We’re gonna back the police to the hilt” 💀

A grand jury refused to indict him on felony assault in late August. The DOJ then charged him with misdemeanor assault. He pled not guilty in September, and he was found not guilty on the misdemeanor charges just now.
