How do you distract yourself, day to day, from the fact that the fucking eleven billion dollars the Iran war has already cost could’ve started M4A or built some trains or ended homelessness etc etc. like seriously. Being personally upset doesn’t do shit

I mean I kinda just live life, I have to finish school, work my job, I’m in a live-in relationship and have that to distract me. The gas prices going up definitely impacts me, I drive for a living. I only really think about politics when I’m alone/the last one awake
