It’s back open and was only for a few hours. They’re claiming it’s because Mexican cartels flew drones into US airspace, but reports are saying that the DoD was testing an anti-drone laser (near a commercial airport, for whatever reason) and the FAA closed the airspace as a result

i mean if there was legit drone activity, they could’ve been doing live testing lmao. and i initially saw the call for 10 day closure but i saw they opened up like you’re saying. just kinda super weird all around no matter how you slice it
