
Hi, I am a trans woman and far from a trans medicalist what I will say is that estradiol and spironolactone significantly effect athleticism and body composition. IE I used to easily bench more than a plate and even though I do still exercise with the hormones I can’t really bench anything more than a plate anymore without more intense training. Hormones have a very strong effect on development and body composition and should be considered imho.
additionally, I think there’s a bit of a difference between a one-off genetic anomaly and an average across nearly 50% of people. if we had a hypothetical sex or race that was 6’4” on average and had the lactic acid deficiency/webbed toes like phelps we would probably put them in a separate category
