My reasoning for voting “Yes”: There is no guarantee that stopping the VA gerrymander will stop GOP efforts in other states. This means that there would be no countermeasure for GOP actions in other states, that could put a lot more GOP reps in Congress

…and this is troubling for 2028. We were lucky that GOP reps had a spine and stood up to Trump in 2020, but this is far from guaranteed in 2028 should Dems win
