You have to understand the sheer volume of people who are desperate to make the U.S. look bad, and are aided considerably by AI and the fact that most people simple will not fact check. I can tweet that an American carrier was sunk, all our regional bases are destroyed and 1,000 troops are dead. No matter what I’ll have tons of people believing me because they WANT to believe

Also absolutely none of the US goals for this war have been achieved yet. We bombed them thinking it would start a revolution against the ayotollah and we could install a new US friendly government, which clearly hasn’t happened yet. The only thing this war is doing is protecting Israel from its own actions and putting American lives at risk of death by terrorism

The objective fact is that the U.S. is absolutely dominating Iran in every capacity, and the little damage the Iranians can inflict will not make up for the incomprehensible levels of destruction they’re getting hit with. But for many people, that won’t matter. Don’t waste your time trying to reason with those who are willfully ignorant
