There’s people who are economically right and socially progressive. It’s also possible to be economically left and socially authoritarian, though that would be weird. Imagine someone saying “I believe in equitable wealth distribution, but only for white Christians!” But yeah you can be a leftist without caring much about things like fatphobia, which is where I’d say I am.

You conflated the social and economic axes of politics and I simply explained the distinction between them. I’m still right in saying that fat phobia is a liberal or socially progressive talking point, and you are still wrong in thinking that it is a leftist one. Most marxists support gun rights. Most modern marxists are also socially liberal. Doesn’t mean pro 2A is a liberal talking point though, right? Trying to clump everything into left/right is braindead.
