But you have a political and moral obligation to follow the law in most circumstances. You live in a democracy and the will of the majority is legitimate. You don't get to pick and choose which laws you agree with. Very rarely civil disobedience or revolutionary acts are justified p. That's a rebellion agairstnthe system itself.
