I think people who are afraid of white people being replaced should be replaced completely. I don’t have a problem with it because I’m not obsessed with race the same way conservatives are. Fuck all of you and I hope your “culture” and “heritage” burn

to be fair I think replacement theory stems from the idea that poor whites have been working the same jobs for more and more restricting wages for decades and it’s less of an an empirical based theory than a scapegoat

That’s possible, but I also wonder how it came to be that way given those same areas used to be some of the most progressive when it came to workers rights. West Virginia literally got bombed because they wouldn’t stop unionizing lmao

Like for example poor whites who worked in retail or service industries or whatever used to be able to support a smaller family and now immigrants come in willing to work for lower wages and they blame the migrants instead of the corporations

Right but they don’t see it that way. Most poor white blue collar workers hold socially conservative beliefs based in the church and they believe that their hard work is being ripped off by elitist liberals in big cities instead of companies or those who somehow broke the rules by fleeing genocide and poverty

As someone who knows many a uneducated blue collar worker in Kentucky; at least where I’m at they’re sick and fucking tired of Trump, but still think the Republicans will save them even though they’re just followers of Trump at this point (in federal government that is)

And as someone who is currently a resident of Louisville I’ve gotta say that for a lot of people they are more turned off by the grandstanding of dems when it comes to things like trans rights. Many of my friends and cousins love the nationalistic and social conservative ideas of MAGA even if they’re more economically leftist

100% agreed. I’m not a socialist or a communist but at this point the wealth disparity in our country is so large you don’t have to be either to see that at the very LEAST we need a lot of reform
