The only reason I don’t think we should do this is it will solve nothing. The current administration clearly doesn’t care about blatantly lying, so how would body cams solve anything?

thats legot the reason 7 dems voted yes on this last raise in budget. They voted, very dumbly, that they would use that money to buy body cams

It can’t hurt, and it would be incredibly telling if DHS refuses to release the footage or alters it somehow. Rn we’re depending on witnesses to get a good quality video
