Every secretary of DHS since its founding in 2002 has had a postgrad degree or certificate except Noem. It looks like a decent number have law degrees, which is important since you’re dealing with fourth amendment rights and immigration law

The head of department of homeland security should 100% either have a law degree or a high level political science education. In addition to what #2 said, law degrees teach a lot more than just the law itself which noem already struggled with lmao.
