Why does the right want to imprison people for their free speech? Why do they hate the first amendment so much?

Am I the only one who finds it crazy that protesting or speaking bad about the foreign country of Israel is a detain able offense if you’re not a citizen. Also how is BDS illegal in 39 different states? Like I can protest the U.S. but I can’t boycott 🇮🇱
