No you have to read the whole thing and use your thinking skills. It’s basically saying how quantity is being pushed over quality. Theres even an article saying how dei can do it right with different methods but what they’re doing right now is not it. No one outright hates diversity for the fun of it. If that’s what you think then you’ve got it wrong.
You’re an idiot. #7 asked #11 to provide a study that found that the standards to become a pilot had been lowered for women and black people, and #11 replies with a study about how sensitivity training isn’t effective, a study about how racism is cognitively based, and a study about what causes women and black people to drop out of flight school, NONE OF WHICH had anything to do with the question that was asked
It’s supportive information. If you can’t see how, then I’m not the idiot. If you want an article titled “airlines only hire under qualified poc for Dei movement” you’re not gonna find that because that’s not necessarily the case, and not something a company would say out loud. Unless you’re Disney, Disney admitted to it.
No. That wasn’t the question. The question was “provide a source that found that standards are lower for women in Black people to become pilots.” The question wasn’t about racial sensitivity training, it wasn’t about what methods are best for removing cognitive racial biases, and it wasn’t about black people and women who dropped out of the program. The referenced studies had NOTHING to do with the discussion.
