“Capitalist = right-wing” is the political equivalent of “has a steering wheel = Republican.” The entire point of the Nordic model is combining capitalism with strong social-democratic institutions.

There is no need to combine capitalism and social democracy… social democracy is already capitalism. Also no way you are trying to deny that capitalism is right wing right now… the left starts at anticapitalism

Then you’re defining the political spectrum incorrectly. Social democracy is generally considered a center-left ideology precisely because it accepts capitalism while advocating substantial redistribution, regulation, and a strong welfare state. The left does not “start at anticapitalism.” If it did, social democrats simply wouldn’t be left-wing and they pretty universally are.
