
If I want to export ball bearings Into, say 🇮🇱 Or Egypt, both MNNA’s, I have to write a 5 page document proving that without a doubt, the ball bearings won’t be used for anything mildly military. I then have to complete an additional 250 pages on every possible scenario out to the end user guaranteeing the same thing
As to the 2 mentioned MNNA Countries, the system is ment to keep down the little guy, and even domestic manufacturing. Anyone short of Boeing would get crushed if something happens. You get your business immediately shut down, assets confiscated, not to mention the lawfare. That’s why ANY Export oriented business, not just MIC, would have a huge problem breaking through to the market, and those are MNNA.
