Ofc there’s a lot of different ethnic groups lumped together in this but the point is that by the time of the mid 20th century particularly from colonial american and British perspectives. Simplification of these races into just “white” as in the “white supremacy” that drove colonization of the world paradoxically eliminated the diversity of the “white” peoples in Europe itself (some still considered Slavs separate).

Perhaps with this map I now may be able to sail to Solstheim without getting messed up on sirens and skooma along the way (I went through cursed waters)

I’d say the scramble for Africa is when this started to occur, Europeans from all races united to take a piece of Africa. French, Italian, British, German, Russian(tried but they colonized eastward), Austro-Hungarian too all united under a single “white European” identity

Looks like the map lumped together all former northern Asian steppe nomads as Ural-Altaians which includes Turks
