
gotta say as an ex-deskie at a hotel, call their SALES office and leave messages. whoever is at the front desk doesn’t get paid enough to endure harassment. use the phone tree to leave a message on the Sales manager or General manager’s office phone. If needed, chat to the desk associate kindly to get them to transfer you to the GM’s phone to leave a message by saying it’s not urgent so they don’t try to intercept the issue (if they’re good at their job).
