I saw someone make the point that what the Trump administration is doing right now is “haphazardism.” Essentially, authoritarianism but lacking an actual directed focus in any one direction or on any one set of goals/principles for a particularly long period of time. And wildly ridden with incompetence. Which honestly seems like an accurate description. It’s like Trump wants a Gestapo but instead got a bunch of fat larpers who are afraid to show their face and can’t do anything truly effective

Yes we have. Why are they doing this in Minnesota but not Texas or Florida? Their purpose is to intimidate, detain, and brutalize the population of a blue state. They are there to specifically to terrorize the people of Minnesota, while carrying out the trump regime's goals of ethnically cleansing the US. It's why they're going after all immigrants, not just "illegal" ones.
