As an American, I do not want to invest my money in this country. I would much rather invest my money overseas. Everything here is so fucked up that I have no faith in anything getting better.

Pay your “higher taxes” lol We as Americans are some of the most psyopped people in modern history. We’ll spend over 11 billion dollars in Iran over the course of one week, for example, and nobody bats an eye. You think our tax dollars are what actually funds the government? Take an economics class. Literally the only reason why the government needs your tax dollars is to keep up the illusion that you’re funding the government.

In the U.S., we have monetary sovereignty. We’re also the world’s reserve currency. Money is created (and destroyed) with keystrokes at a computer. None of this is actually real. The only thing that matters is how little x government oppresses you and how high quality of a life you can live in y country.
