this was the plan the entire time. they are intentionally siphoning as much money as possible from the working class, to leave us as ill-prepared as possible for what comes next (if they’re not forcibly stopped)

It was a rhetorical question, of course they’re not gonna give it back. I was just pointing out how this whole “technically” thing is a useless thing to focus on. In addition, let’s not treat companies and people the same. It would be better to phrase “they like money” as “they are apparatuses who serve the sole purpose of capital accumulation”. On the other hand, we use money for survival
