He’s allowing the extradition to the UK. It’s not a US matter he can’t pardon someone convicted overseas

He already did pressure Romania into pretty much withdrawing their charges, luckily these charges are from the UK so Dozzy Donny can’t *force* them to drop it and I doubt they will. Especially considering it was US Marshals that arrested them and shipped them. They’ll learn what happens to rapists in prison lol
