I agree, but the question isn’t her actual intent, it’s what the agent thought was happening in the fraction of a second he had to react. This is how self defense is defined legally. The agent should and probably will be fired, but it’s not a murder if he believed he was saving his own life

The big issue is that Kristi Noem, as well as other parts of the Trump administration, have called him a “hero” for killing a “domestic terrorist.” That is why we are anti-ICE and think they should not be in our cities. They cause needless death and suffering, and are not helping citizens or anyone.
