Probably because you’re spending way more time thinking about politics than you should be. Take some time to recover. It’s not sustainable to doom over anything 24/7 no matter how bad. Yes Trump is an evil asshole but that doesn’t mean you should dwell on it during your downtime

Go look up the rotating villain in context to Democrat politicians. Every single time the democrats could do something right, the perfect amount of them vote with the Republicans to stop it. There’s been plenty of legislation this year because a handful of Democrat politicians vote against the party
