I’m gonna reserve judgement on the “why” for the Ilhan thing until we see what they found. The numbers of her $ asset count were shaaaaady. Also from what I’m aware of relative to what’s been happening in HOA for the last decade, that could be way bigger than anyone is willing to admit to the public yet.
