If they were prepared they wouldn’t have lost the ayatollah and 40 of their top leadership, got their air defenses wiped out, 9 ships sunk, numerous aircraft shot down or destroyed on the tarmac, missile systems depleted, all to throw 800 strikes at their enemies and cause hardly any casualties. Seems like they were most certainly not prepared

I’m not sure why their leadership wasn’t better protected, but the gulf countries and the US are faced with a serious problem: Iran still has plenty of drones, and it’s more expensive to shoot down the drones than it is to make them. They can make us spend millions of dollars on ammo that takes forever to make while they make drones for only a few thousands each
