I thought college is a place to exchange ideas and debate, but the Left censors anybody they disagree w These days, college endowments are huge, tuition sky high, and research locked behind paywall Trump is totally right to question funding colleges

If they get their pilots license then they're qualified. You're racist as hell

Bruh you have no idea how these jobs work do you. You actually assume a black person doing anything is bc they didn’t earn it? Bruh

Why are you automatically assuming they aren’t qualified? You see a minority and assume that Dei placed them there and not merit? Dei helps people achieve the same success with a worse beginning. They still need the merit to get where they’re going. Especially for heavily regulated jobs like pilots that require proven experience for licensure. Jobs where you get appointed by your political ally, that’s where someone without merit can enter the picture

Ig it depends on the amount of DEI. If they’re lowering standards in the same way they lower required SAT for certain races w affirmative action, that’s certainly cause for concern

Zero evidence they were lowering standards for black pilots.

It doesn’t “lower the required SAT”, it standardized it. For example: let’s say you start off with $1,000,000 and someone else starts off with $1,000. You both invest money. You end up with $1,500,000. $500,000 growth, 50% gain. Really impressive! But they went up to $100,000. They “scored” less, sure. But they went up 100x compared to 1.5x. Which is more impressive? Making a lot when you started with a lot, or making less but starting out with way less?

Hey, serious question about DEI. Who do you think is more qualified for the position of Director of National Intelligence Person A: a former lawyer for the Statement who later became Deputy Director of the CIA, Deputy National Security Adviser, and Counsel to the President for National Security Or

Plus, why do you assume certain races are inferior or more poor just based on skin color

So you’re saying making $500,000 off of $1,000,000 is more worthy than making $99,000 off of $1,000?

Are you sure about Person A? They’d be the first woman to hold the position of DNI and you don’t want people to think they’re some DEI hire

Name 5 specific DEI programs that you believe result in unqualified people getting jobs.
