No he didn’t… he literally asked the state legislature for more authority to go after the fraud. there’s been ~70 convictions as of several years ago because this news story is literally three years old. Oh also the flag of minnesota has literally no resemblance with the flag of somalia other than have a star and the color blue… guess what else has stars and the color blue? the fucking US flag.
