As a Philadelphian, same here with the ppl who live in a county with 10,000 residents, have probably never met a non-white person, and whose only leg up on their Amish neighbors is a squatted pickup truck. It’s always the meth smokers from bumfuck who hate ppl they never met

billion dollar bailout but it gives more than that to the state and doesnt get that returned to them. so its just nyc money back to nyc. and #2 theres a reason why it was specified "first 5 months of a year" and not "random ass timeframe". can you figure that out?
