#1, they can be in a prison where they aren't getting raped, and then get deported and sent to their own country. In the US, criminals still get food, water, clean clothes. Sending them to another country in order to beat, abuse, starve, and rape them in prison, without ever planning on deporting them to their home country is a concentration camp.
Why do you want these people to stay in the US so bad? They came here illegally, there’s no record of their existence in our data bases they can do whatever they want essentially. I don’t believe that if you sneak into a country you should be entitled to the same rights as a citizen. You come here without permission you get kicked out. If I snuck into Mexico and they deported me without a hearing I wouldn’t be mad or flabbergasted at it, it’s THEIR country not mine.
Do you understand that the right to due process is a CONSTITUTIONAL right, given to ALL PEOPLE on US soil, regardless of citizenship or legal status. I would rather the people who have built their lives here and done nothing else wrong to instead be given the opportunity to go through the legal process while remaining here. I’d rather things be done the right way, as in not just picking up anyone who “looks” illegal and locking them up. By that logic I could just claim you’re here illegally and
I agree with that and considering 70% of "illegals" come to America via plane on visas and then overstay their visas building the wall is a gross waste of money + they are far less likely to commit crime bc of fear of deportation anyways. I just wanted to point out that we were talking about the method trump is doing it is bad, then #1 said "why do u want them to stay so bad" like no one had said that yet lol
