I feel like empathy and community has died in this country. The idea that we should try to get a better life for all Americans has died. The pride and unity that once came with being an American has died. The Baby Boomers got theirs and said fuck you.

100%. Our “leaders” believe empathy is a disease, that only the strong should survive.
