“Illegal war” 🫩🫩 I’m against the war but people calling such massive things illegal is like that TikTok video where the woman is like “reminding all the world powers their nukes are actually illegal so they can’t use them 😼 👆 “

I hate to break it to you but laws mean things and this war is most certainly illegal under American law. Much like everything else Trump does though Congress refuses to hold him accountable and allows him to continue breaking the law

Congress never issued a declaration of war, and Trump has exceeded his legally granted time for independent military action on a given action as commander in chief. Either he must halt hostilities, or have congress approve a formal war declaration. Otherwise the war is unconstitutional on its face (which it now is) That’s not even mentioning the war crimes we committed, but that’s a different story.
