Communists and socialists aren’t interested in governing anything, it’s why they don’t actually have any electoral power nor will they do their little revolution. The power of critique is more valuable to them.
Communists need to learn to compromise. Everything you hear from them is how they’d rather *actual fascists* get elected at every level than vote for a liberal.
Yeah bro, a political ideology has no interest in doing political things
Critical thinking has been killed in America, thank Reagan and the Heritage Foundation
I bet you haven’t even picked up Marx once yet shit on communism / socialism
You probably couldn’t even define it 😭

Marx isn’t a hard read. I doubt you’ve picked anything that actually challenges it

The open society and its enemies by Karl popper dislikes Marx bc of authoritarianism, but tbh I’m not necessarily against authoritarianism if the authoritarian is left-wing

a “democracy” under capitalism isn’t really possible, rich corporations and individuals have disproportionate amounts of power and influence to accomplish policy
we basically live in an authoritarian state already, if you’re poor you’re the victim
