That’s the threat capitalists use to avoid paying taxes so they can maximize shareholder returns. Allowing them to get away with it for the last 50 years is what has brought the working class to financial ruin❤️

You’re assuming the new mayor isn’t making it a worse place to do business. Also it’s not a threat, it’s simple costs vs benefits that is causing businesses to reconsider
