DAs and judges are elected. If you don’t like the job they’re doing, about all we can do is vote them out. They’re the ones whose job it is to put and keep these people in jail.

My first instinct is it’s not real. Under a minute means it could be ai generated. Always keep that in mind when you see videos on the internet. However if I assume it’s real I just see an argument for prison reform, this is a madman who’s either gonna endanger his community, or he’s gonna go to a prison where he’ll be neglected and abused. He’ll come out of the prison worse than he came into the prison. Prisons need to be humane and the mental health services they provide need to be robust.
