There are ways a president can serve a third term without violating the constitution. The loophole is “elected”. Trump can secure a third term through succession or amendment.

He’s so wildly unpopular he’ll never get an amendment passed for that method, and for succession he’d have to run as VP for someone else and then everyone would immediately clue in and not elect him. He’s broken his own record for least popular president from even far right leaning groups. He’s incompetent and never should’ve been elected in the first place
