I just wish people actually understood what life is like here. Many Minnesotans don’t move away from their hometowns and existing social networks, so we’re deeply connected in our communities. Our cities aren’t “burning” and Minneapolis isn’t even dangerous (I was just in downtown), but we won’t stand by when ICE agents detain and kill our neighbors with no justice
