yea i just straight up dont believe him. there will 100% be a gigantic caveat to this, something like the corporations will have to change what kind of entity they are from corporation to home investors or some shit

Do not give Agent Orange any benefit of the doubt. It’s posturing and nothing more. Need I remind people he called affordability a “democrat hoax.” Need I remind people the White House webpage is playing revisionist history calling the arrest of J6ers a political attack. He’s faking the idea of one broadly good policy to keep your eyes away from the robber barons taking everything from us.

1. I’m not sure how he can do this unilaterally, but if someone knows pls lmk 2. I don’t see how the investors can’t set up a shell corp for each individual house in order to hide the ownership (and they may already do this, to some extent, for liability reasons)

Wait are they putting the blame for this on Dems or the actual corporations that are causing prices to go up?

The amount of people in this comment section trying to argue this is a bad thing just bc it’s Trump is so frustrating. If you won’t support him when he does something objectively good for gen Z then he has no incentive to do anything good. Doesn’t change the fact that congress is just going to ignore this

His supporters have doubled down on protecting pedophiles to own liberals. He will have us as serfs to his oligarchic butt-buddies.

He is undeserving of any credit and I am sick of people thinking he’s ever given any shits outside of his own, insipid scheming and profiteering.

you’re wrong but also covid was a big reason. technically this actually has good effects and will genuinely help in the long run but i also think if covid didn’t happen then you’d be right

I’m about 90% sure this doesn’t happen without an act of Congress, and 75% sure someone would sue if Congress passed this. Or there would be an easy loophole
